Gems you haven't spent
Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a gem pack, as long as you haven't spent its gems: that is, your account still has at least as many gems as the pack gave you. We'll refund the whole payment, and the pack's gems are taken off your account.
Gems you've spent
Once gems are spent on a skin or an accessory, you've got what you paid for, so we don't usually refund them. We will if something went wrong:
- you were charged, but the gems never arrived
- you were charged twice for one purchase
- a child bought gems without permission from whoever pays (see below)
- the law where you live says you're owed a refund.
A purchase a child made without permission
If your child bought gems without asking, email us within 30 days with the email their account uses, and the receipt. We'll refund it. Its gems are taken back, and if they were already spent, the skins and accessories bought with them are taken back too.
How to ask for a refund
Email our help email (coming soon) with the email your account uses, the date you paid, and the receipt Stripe emailed you (it may say "Sold through Link"). Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 days to show it.
What a refund does to your gems
When a payment is refunded, the gems it gave are taken off your account (some of them, for part of a refund). If you've already spent them, the skins and accessories you bought are taken back too, until your gems are back above zero.
The same happens if a payment is disputed with a bank (a "chargeback"). If the bank decides the payment was fine, the gems come back.
Deleting your account
Gems, skins and accessories go with a deleted account, and can't be refunded after it's gone. Ask for a refund first if you want one.
Your rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
